  • The queues are a bit long for the tickets however the wait was definitely worth it as we enjoyed every moment of being in the capsule. The views are spectacular and ride is very comfortable as it takes about 30 minutes to complete the full round. The capsule doesn't stop so be prepared to hop on/ hop off the capsule while it is moving and level with the ground (while getting on and getting off the London Eye)

  • One of the best experiences in London! If you don't want to wait in long lines get the Fast Track ticket. The wheel doesn't stop (except for wheelchairs and people with disabilities) so you must move quickly to board and exit. You get a great perspective of this huge city not to mention fabulous photos.

  • We pre-booked our tickets online and we did not wait at any queue. We visited in late November and the flow of tourists was not big. The time spent on the wheel is amazing, the pictures that one can make are awesome. There are cameras inside the cabin that can make you a picture and you can later on buy. They offer albums, key-chains and nice photo collages. A site that is 100% worth visiting.

  • Fantastic views. We got fast track tickets and oh boy were they Fast. I would honestly recommend paying that bit extra for fast track. Great fun for the family and worth the money payed.

  • The London Eye was probably the most overrated London tourist attraction that I visited. 1. It's not a part of the London Pass (so definitely buy your tickets online beforehand) 2. It will cost you £23 (so for my fellow Americans, this is almost $30! Pretty hefty just for a ferris wheel ride) 3. The views aren't breathtaking. Don't get me wrong - it's still pretty cool to be all the way up there and get that view. You can even see the Buckingham Palace. But I'm sure if you did some research beforehand (something I failed to do), you can find somewhere with much better views of the Big Ben/Westminster for free/a cheaper price. If you buy your tickets ahead of time, you only have to wait about 20 minutes to get on - which really isn't bad if you've seen the crowd of people. The line moves pretty quickly. Overall, if you're on the fence on whether or not you should ride it, you're better of just skipping it, snapping a few pictures in front, and spending that ticket money on a few pints.
