London Eye is easily one of the most visited attractions in the city of London.

The sight of the wheel by itself is something you should definitely not miss out on. But, the 30 minute ride of the entire wheel is another experience altogether. • The view was decent, as we went on a pleasant day. We paid £26 per ticket (at the gate). I feel £10-12 would be a far fairer price. Perhaps we were unlucky, but there was 5-6 small children in the carriage, climbing on everything and being loud (the parents didn't seem overly concerned). With 6-8 people in the carriage, it would be a far more enjoyable experience, as everyone drifts towards the side with Big Ben. This makes taking any meaningful pictures challenging.

  • Great way to get an overview of London. Recommend to buy tickets in advance (otherwise you run the danger that they are booked out for the day) download your tickets in advance (to avoid another queue). Go fast track to not spend too many hours on just one attraction. Regarding children: my 6-year old thought it was a bit boring as the wheel goes very slowly. She was more interested in the playground at the park just next to the wheel.

  • Amazing experience! We got fast track tickets and oh boy were they fast! We must have skipped about a 2hr que. I would honestly recommend paying that bit extra for fast track. Views were beautiful and the pod wasn't too crowded. Managed to get some good photos.

  • Must do attraction if you're visiting London. Ideal to prebook your tickets. Preferably pick a sunny day from the weather forecast. A foggy or rainy day cab be a dampener! Organized and quick staff. Amazing view once you get up there! Was super fun!

  • We visited on a public holiday and had to wait for nearly an hour in the rain before our ride. It is advised to buy Skip the Line tickets to avoid such an ordeal. The complete ride, i.e. an entire rotation takes about 30 minutes and is long enough to provide stunning views of London especially the Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben. Do pray for good weather so that you can get better views & photos from the top. They also sell your printed photos at £20 at the shop if you're interested.
