  • Very nice hotel. My girlfriend and I were able to stay here due to some rewards points otherwise we wouldn't normally stay at such a nice place. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was fantastic. Great experience.

  • Quite low service level and food was just mediocre. The trainee checking me in was not very knowledgeable as well regarding rate terms and deposit amount. Sorry knightsbridge team, not an experience i would go back for.

  • Welcoming personal email prior to arriving as well as in personal welcome with complimentary drink just after checking in. Also, all my requests upon reservation was fulfilled without me asking for them again. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff and butler service. On the downside, the gym was disappointing and the rooms need an little update (furniture and glitching dimmer lights). A minor detail is the elevator service which I found very efficient and refreshing.

  • Great hotel, good service and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was very good. The gym and other facilities are nothing to write about. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. They even helped us find a baby sitter for our kids when we were there and that helped us greatly
