  • I love the idea of this place. The actors work hard to make it realistic and exciting. Some of the props and costumes have seen better days but if you like Sherlock Holmes then it's worth visiting. The queues can get very long so think about this and check for less busy times

  • I love the museum. The experience of being able to know the exact address that is described in all books and films is unbelievable. There are loads of references in the house (mainly from the books), and we can turn real the images we create from reading the stories. However, as it has lots of references, I believe that the people that don't know much of the stories may not enjoy as much.

  • Three floors. Second floor re-creation of house with personal belongings with 5-10 min staff intro. Then on own for third mixed with creation with wax figures of criminals. Fourth more wax criminals. House well done. Wax figures decent. Took longest out of anyone through house took maybe 30 mins. Expensive for what it is, but also neat.

  • Loved it so much!!! 😁 huge fan of the books and show. Three floors to the museum, there is a gift shop downstairs next to it where you get your tickets from. Waited do long to go, it was a great experience for me.

  • Small place. But entertaining if you have read the Sherlock Holmes stories. Ticket is 15 pounds. You should go to the gift shop to buy the ticket first. Then you can queue up and enter
