Great heattech thermal t shirts. Brilliant for the cold weather. Fabulous get some!
This place is a little on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it. Their styles are unique and it isn't the same as what you will find at every other shop on the high street. I strongly recommend visiting when there's a sale. They have clothes for women, men and kids so there will probably be something for everyone. I consistently find I spend longer here than many other places in Oxford street.
I love Uniqlo. Always buy my work attire as well as some other casual clothes here as they are super comfy and can endure a lot before showing signs of wear and tear whilst still looking classy. Store itself is very neat, quick service and friendly staff.
Needed to return and buy. Asked if I needed any particular pay till and was told, 'No'. Queued and was told it was only first two tills dealing with returns but I can put your new item through the till, which she did do. Went to returns as you paid by PayPal we can only give you the money if you buy an item and we can deduct from that. Yes I do have a new item which is more money than those being returned but I have already paid for it. After that the conversation made no sense as I was asked to seal bag which contained returns with no note made if details!!! Forget it nothing made sense so ended up carrying new and returnable items home which was quite heavy. Security beep kept going off when leaving store delayed for a while and was told it was because it had two labels. Not convinced! Now realise coat is not warm enough so need to return. All in all a polite but ridiculous situation.
Combination of two separate experiences, only a day apart. Experience 1. Went into this branch on Friday 6pm. I was greeted with a my first eye roll of the evening when I asked to collect my order. When I'd tried on the clothes and needed to refund a few items plus purchase a skirt, placed all the items on the limited counter space, only for a different staff member called Kitty to roll her eyes then to audibly SLAM my skirt(!) down on to a different part of the counter. Experience 2. My partner went in this Sat morning to return something. A staff member called Jessica served him. She had already been rude to a lady in front who was questioned as to why she didn't use the internet on her phone (she had misprinted an e-receipt. Doesn't take a detective to realise this lady may not be so tech savvy so just BE PROFESSIONAL about it). She was equally rude to my partner and genuinely couldn't give two figs at how incredibly shoddy her customer service skills were. I get it's a stressful place to work at but venting it out at the customers certainly doesn't help matters.
