  • Was spoken to so rudely by a member of staff whilst I was trying to look in the mirror to see if a dress suited and she promptly moved a row of dresses so I couldn't see and when asked nicely if she could let me look before she moved them she pushed the rail in front of me so I couldn't see. I am a massive Zara and fan and would have bought the dress but really have never been treated so rudely in a shop. Incidentally I work for a major retailer so know what I am taking about. Very unimpressed.

  • WORST customer service I have ever received. There was not one member of staff who would give a smile or greet me. They all looked like they hated having to speak to any customers. One member of staff didn't say a word and just snatched the fitting room tag out of my hand. So RUDE and not the type of behaviour you should expect shopping especially from a member of staff. The only person that was polite was the security man. Will never go into this store again.

  • Small but stocks a decent range. They also have a decent size men's department. Staff are okay, nicely situated in Victoria.

  • Was told by another store that I can exchange an item without a receipt but no returns allowed. Couldn't find anything that I liked at that store so went to this store. However this store refuses to exchange items without a receipt. Staff was rude and not helpful. The one that was serving me said no and another one interrupted saying I should go back to the other store, which was rude as I was not speaking to her. All Zara stores should have the same policy! Staff are rude and incompetent! Returning items to Zara is extremely annoying, even with a receipt if the item has a small mark they won't even accept even the item was untouched and was probably "dirty" when bought. It takes 20 minutes for shop manager to come and confirm. Waste of time waiting in queues for half an hour! If all stores had the same policy I wouldn't need to waste my time running around!

  • Found what I was looking for, last pair of aviator glasses. The shop seems to be well staffed and well stocked. Positive experience overall
