  • If there was an option of 0 stars, that would have explained the service a bit better. Staff need to learn to smile and greet customers, seems like the job description says "No smiling or any sort of customer service allowed". Lady at the till proceeded to serve someone else whilst I was standing there, did not acknowledge my presence at the till at all. Will not go back there. Manager needs to reevaluate who they employ.

  • Fairly new Zara on Oxford street. Very spacious, well stocked. This Zara took over first place from Zara based at Sloan Square. Most big brands sell, more or less, the same stuff but in Zara you can still find well designed, original pieces of clothes. Quality vary, but there are good quality things there. Price wise - from moderate to expensive.

  • Excellent, wide range of shops around here. Very good variety of clothing. Very nice prices.

  • Horrendous customer service. I made an out of the way trip to this store because I had seen online that they had a dress I wanted in my size. When I got there I asked a staff member if he knew where the dress was (showing him a picture from their website). After waiting for him to get the scanner and type in the code, all he did was tell me the dress was on the left side of the store and waved me off. I couldn't find it in my size, asked the changing room attendant for help and she was stressy and unhelpful telling me if it wasn't in the changing room rack it could be anywhere in the store. Finally I found what I wanted after insisting a staff member help me, but then was giving rude treatment by the cashier as well. Who scans a gift card then doesn't even tell you how much was on it? The worst service I've ever seen at a Zara.

  • WORST customer service I have ever received. There was not one member of staff who would give a smile or greet me. They all looked like they hated having to speak to any customers. One member of staff didn't say a word and just snatched the fitting room tag out of my hand. So RUDE and not the type of behaviour you should expect shopping especially from a member of staff. The only person that was polite was the security man. Will never go into this store again.
