Ute Creek Golf Course, Longmont, Co Reviews & Ratings

  • The course is in good shape. It's a fun course with some good challenges, yet it isn't too difficult for a variety of golfers. It is more varied than its sister course Twin Peaks. The greens are in good condition and are receptive. The staff is very friendly. The tee times are every 8 minutes, which feels a bit tighter than ideal, but it works. It's worth playing.

  • This is a very fun course and in pretty good shape except for the greens. Every green is covered with ball marks except for the 18th. The 18th sits right below the clubhouse. I don't blame the grounds keepers because the greens do run true. I blame the players for this. They should all be ashamed of themselves. The staff at the course are as nice of a staff that I have ever come across. Give them an A+ for their courtesy.

  • Beautiful golf course and in good shape, but didn't make up for the horrible wait on every single tee box. It took 5 hours and 45 min to play 18. Unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be back. Hope all the courses in Longmont don't manage their courses in the same manner i.e. no course management.

  • Best course in Longmont by FAR. New to Colorado and the course looks great! Greens, fairway, rough... And, it's a Robert Trent Jones II course! Above was a previous review of UTE Creek golf course. Unfortunately, since then I returned with 2 guests from out of state and my mom for what was supposed to be an awesome round of golf. Let's start and finish with the fact I was treated like a third class citizen by the starter/ pro shop employee that was checking us in. Now, I'm fully aware that I have many tattoos after being an artist for over 20 years, however that doesn't excuse the extremely rude starter/ pro shop employee for his actions. I made a reservation online and was told I didn't have a reservation upon my arrival. Dude never even looked for a reservation, simply told me there wasn't one. After I explained that I paid with a gift card that was given to me from my coworkers at a course I worked at in San Francisco, the gentleman actually looked and recanted his story. we were then on our way. This was of course after arguing with me for several minutes. Way to ruin what was supposed to be a relaxing round with my mom, and 2 out of town golf pals. Please don't judge people anymore. I have worked in the golf industry now for several years, working courses, completed fitting, club repair, and custom club building courses at the Golfworks academy... On top of the above mentioned, I own a business, and contribute directly back to the community. Rest assured if I ran my shop like this someone would have to answer for their lack of customer service skills, and the blatant disrespect from this one staffer. Super bummed out that this is the best course by far in my immediate area. Muni or not, this behavior is uxcepted.

  • Well kept... forgiving fairways but protected greens
