Long Rock (Cornish: Carrek Hyr) is a village in southwest Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated approximately one mile (1.6 km) east of Penzance and 1 1⁄2 miles (2.4 km) west of Marazion in the civil parish of Ludgvan. A dual carriageway bypass carries the A30 road north of the village and the land beside the road has been extensively developed with light industry and a retail park. Penzance Heliport used to be situated between Long Rock and Penzance and provided scheduled helicopter flights to the Isles of Scilly but it was recently demolished and now there is a Sainsburys supermarket on the site.
