Bronson Canyon Reviews & Ratings
It's a cool little place tucked away from the tourism and such.. bat caves are cool but that isnt much of a hike. Fun place to go explore and find new trails though!
Nice hike. If you grew up with Adam west as Batman it's extra fun. Check it out if you are in the area.
Love this little spot! I visited LA and was disappointed in the poor view of the Hollywood sign from the streets. My sister and I decided to walk to Bronson Cave. We went through the cave, which was cool, and when we emerged from the other side, we had such a good view of the Hollywood sign! That is where we took all of our cliche Hollywood photos LOL. It's a pretty short walk to the cave once you're inside the park. It's really a nice area and worth checking out if you have time. Go see the bat cave!
Took a short hike up to the bat caves at Griffith Park. The hike is short. Beginning hikers could do this hike very easily. The caves were small, and bats were flying around while I was inside, which was pretty amazing. On the other side of the caves there is a huge rock formation, and a beautiful view of the Hollywood sign. There were lots of beautiful birds flying overhead. I was told they filmed part of Batman at these caves. Tip: It’s direct sunlight. Wear sunscreen, and bring water if you are sensitive to sunlight or heat.
Tiny 0.2mi walk from parking lot. But there’s a nice view of Hollywood sign and some little hills you can trail blaze on if you want. The caves can make for cool pictures.
