  • Altho I come around during nightly hours, the service is unlike the visibility of the area. The employees are always friendly and courteous. Sure I wait a short time extra to be served but it's understandable, I'm always pleased with their service and quality, so it may have it's stretch but I enjoy coming to this establishment more than others.

  • So my order came out to be $4 and change, I payed the cashier with a $20 bill. When she gave me my change it was a $10 and a $5 and some coins. I ate my food and decided to ask for five one dollar bills instead of the $5. When I got my money out of my pocket I felt the $10 dollar bill that the cashier had given me and right away I knew it was fake, I brought it to her attention and her response was "You look like a decent person so I'm going to exchange the bill for you" I told her she looked like a decent person herself but obviously was not because of what she just tried to do to me. It just made me wonder how many other people she had given fake bills to. Of course there's the possibility of her not realizing but the way she counted the Money and showed me the bills, she made sure the $5 bill was touching the palm of my hand. So I asked to speak to her manager and she says I am the manager. A couple of days later I went again and I spoke to a guy that said he was the supervisor and when I told him he said he was aware of what had happened, I asked him what was going to be done. He said "honestly nothing is going to be done about it" I tried contacting corporate but they never answer.

  • The initial experience is fine the young lady at the register did a wonderful job with her customer service all I did was order a large Oreo shake before I did that I use the restroom I was about to leave and I discovered I didn't have my shades with me so I went back in to see if I left them in the bathroom but it was locked so I have to tell them in the front if they can bust open the manager that was on duty at the time she told me that I had to buy something first I was like well I already bought something but she completely ignored me when I was telling her I don't even want to use the bathroom I just want to see if my glasses are in there will you have to buy something first you have to buy something first she just kept saying I already bought something and then when the young lady heard that it was me then she told her yeah she bought something and then she Buzz the gate but she was completely rude and I think it was a discrimination thing because any of Hispanic people she open the door for she has no problem with and it's her energy is completely different other than that the experience wasn't that bad but that's why they got a 3.
