This is by far the best deli in LA. The pastrami and corned beef sandwiches are to die for. Lots of delicious meat cut by hand on double baked rye bread. Heaven! Huge portions, great, quick service. Reasonable prices. Free Parking in private lot across the street.
Absolutely the best Jewish deli in Los Angeles. There is no close second. The pastrami sandwiches were beyond great. We washed them down with perfectly prepared New York eggcreams. The service was excellent. It was well worth the long drive. We had a great time. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
My family and I had a lovely lunch experience at Langer's today! My brother and sister-in-law are visiting from Germany and had heard about Langer's through the internet. We drove 2 hour to get there and are happy we did! We miss Carnegie Deli from NY but Langer's was great and our server, Kevin, was so kind and we loved his humor with a twinkle in his eye! We were not disappointed! Thank you!
this place is an institution. Its been owned by the same family for 70 years. The interior is like walking back to 1960, in a good way. The food and the atmosphere are terrific. This is an obligatory must see bucket list place. they have validated parking, Just check the hours before you go.
Best beef pastrimi sandwich I've ever had, period. The beef pastrami was cooked perfectly tender and goes extremely well with the bread, cheese and sauce. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and service was excellent as well, though more expensive than your typical diner.
