  • It was very nice with tons of light bars and good stands on every floor. The ladies room had heated toilet seats so that by far was my favorite part and the seats in the concert hall were extremely comfortable. Only thing I had an issue with was when you sit in the Mezz area at the very top is it just gets pitch black up there and you can't see that good trying to go back down the stairs to the restroom or back to the concession stand. All in all very beautiful on the inside!

  • Venue Its nice and clean. Drinks are a bit pricey but that's at all venues. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sound is great. Went to see Camila on 11/5/17 for their last concert. Had an awsome experience.

  • Parking a bit pricey right next door from the theater but manageable. The venue itself was clean, the staff were great and friendly to all. Very safe and fun environment and the seats are good too. Brian McKnight, GUY, and Keith Sweat put on a great show. Cant wait for our next concert there at the Microsoft Theater.

  • It's a nice venue. Seats are good. Refreshments are a little pricey. The major problem however is security screening before the event. You have to make sure that you get there at least 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time if the event is sold out, in order to be certain that you are in your seats for the start of the event. We were there in line 40 minutes before Rieu concert and still made it in just barely in time for the start of the concert. There we're huge lines outside and some people were still coming in 35 minutes after the concert started. Many were obviously upset. Even Andre Rieu commented at the large number of people continuing to come in after the show started. If security for the theater takes that long the theater should notify people that they should arrive at least an hour ahead of the event in order to be certain that they will get through security prior to the start.

  • Such a great venue! Not really a bad seat in the house. Large but feels intimate.
