The venue really good... everyone helpful... But you have to get there really early, to many things going on at once, Staples Center and Convention Center and Microsoft are all within walking distance of each other.. not to mention shops and eateries. Get there early and you'll be okay....
Great venue. Good food and drinks at expected prices. Excellent sound system. Any seat will give you a good experience. You can purchase tickets at Staples Box Office a day after tickets go on sale. Or at the Microsoft box office whenever there is an event going on.
Good security and understanding staff, albeit understaffed. When large events happen they can get bottlenecked pretty badly when going through airport-grade security which in itself is surface level, but at least a little helpful. If they beefed up their staff and had more time to be attentive and more courteous then the security checks would be faster and easier.
Great venue. The sound quality is great and the stadium seating is relatively comfortable. The best seating and view of the performances is in the orchestra seats. The loge seat is good if the tickets are reasonably priced.
Fancy! Nice place for concerts and theater events. Location is especially good if you're a chill person and don't feel the need to dance, jump and thrash....lol. (mainly sitting options). Also has a pleasant lounge are in the lower level of the lobby.
