Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort And Spa, Lucea Reviews - Write a Review
The property, and views are beautiful. I had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly. The food was pretty good, providing multiple options for your taste buds. The bar(s) often visited, and conveniently placed throughout the property. I'll be visiting again in the future.
A truly grand hotel and spa that provides guests with an amazing experience. My daughter totally enjoyed the water park and spectacular beaches. Tons of restaurants each with a unique theme. The property is huge which was the thing I hated the most everything is so far apart...proving that bigger is not always better. Special commendation to the Kiddies Club amazing service and they truly seemed to relish taking care of the kids. The rooms were of a high standard and the food was great. Most staff were courteous a few needed additional training in being polite. But all in all a great experience.
Loved loved loved it! I can't wait to go back! I stayed on the Lady Hamilton side. The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. I would recommend having more than one club on the resort. You can choose to not leave the resort and have a fun filled day. There is so much to do. I wish I would have stayed longer. I will definitely be back.
This resort was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from with a wide variety of cuisines. The only downside is the a la carte restaurants are only open for dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful the activities are fun but weather permitting. Even if is rained in the morning it may shut down somethings for the rest of the day. Their are several beaches ans several pools. The spa is high prices but very nice. The only bad experience we had was with room service. Ordered late in the evening after an excursion and it never arrived.
An enormous hotel. Rooms on the Jamaica side were a bit tired, with shoddy construction when you look closely and uncomfortable beds. The food was ok. Incredible selection but nothing was done very well, except the salmon at Poseidon. It always seemed like there was something not quite right with each item, whether it be too dry, cheap ingredients, flavorless, or too cold. The Whirlpool tub in each room was appreciated. The beaches were nice with great snorkeling at sunset cove (as far as Jamaica is concerned). A truly gorgeous property. We enjoyed our stay but would likely not come again.
