  • This place was amazing and the staff was superb. Went on a girls trip but it was also a family friendly resort without being crowded out by children. The food options were great as well. There was plenty to do on the resort and the coconut water right out of the fresh coconut was the best at the beer hut. They start at 10:30 a.m. daily and when they run out that's it for the day. The GM Garth was was very helpful and he gave pointers about ways to maximizing an enjoyable stay at the resort. I will definitely be returning

  • We booked the Grand Palladium and upgraded to the Lady Hamilton side. It is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. The grounds and room was kept clean. Some of the staff are not as friendly, but the majority is accommodating. Wish the food was a little warmer in the buffet restaurants, however the food is not bad and there are a few restaurants to choose from. Heard the steakhouse is great, but it had a 2 hour waiting list every night. There was Nightly entertainment. Would have liked for the shows to be more lively, but loved the dance crew and night club! Love the sports bar and the poolside drinks. Overall, had a blast. Will return.

  • Beautiful hotel resort.. great service.. polite staff always ready to help..very clean rooms/hotel.. food and drink galore....booking to come back later this year.. words really cannot describe the beauty of Jamaica..

  • Loved it!! Room was clean and up to date. View and over all resort was great. Lots to do but spent my time on the beach. Especially enjoyed the nightly show. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely visit again. )i(

  • Not a very well run resort. I got the feeling they don't pay their employees very well since everybody you interact with expects a tip. The male staff members are very flirty and try to purposely get the female guests as drunk as possible and aren't shy about asking if they can keep them company at night. Nice looking property, but everywhere you go the food just isn't that good and doesn't include crab and lobster like they do in Mexico. I was also surprised to see they didn't have any hot tubs anywhere except in the spa where you had to pay a fee. All in all it was a nice place to go once, but I just didn't feel like I got my monies worth.
