Swiss-garden Beach Resort Damai Laut, Lumut Reviews

  • A great little Gem! The rooms are a little dated, but overall are fine. They seem to be starting a remodel which should make this a five star. Christy and Sabrina in the Blue Chip Lounge make you feel at home! They made sure we had what we needed. They took the time to get to know us. They get five stars for going above and beyond!!! Good use a few more options for food, but overall satisfied and will stay again. Thanks for a good stay

  • Good for kids to play pool and beach side activities. Beautiful sea view. But, no good for small kids who need baby stroller and old people who need wheelchair. Because so many stairs and have to use slope and lift many times. Room was dirty and toilet water was licked. In Midnight, air condition was broken and they asked us to changed room. Check in time was delayed one hour.

  • Please avoid this establishment at all costs. Flies are absolutely everywhere including on the food. Rooms are tired and full of flies. You cannot lounge around the pool because of flies. Beach is OK, but Beach bar has closed and has almost collapsed. Buffet Breakfast is just about acceptable. Service in Restaurant is bad and food not that good. Drinks prices are expensive RM25 for a small Tiger Beer. On site Shop also charging RM20 for a small can of Tiger Beer.

  • First impression when arrived hotel lobby, flies everywhere, then take long time to check in. Finally check in but the room still no ready at time of 430pm. Get into room, table light with spider web, dirty chair, wall with water mark, dirty toilet bowl and bathtub. If you still want to book this hotel, be aware of sea facing room is not seaview room. Good luck for your stay but I won't come back again.

  • Views are amazing from the resort and the beach. Definitely check out the sunset typically about 630-710 pm depending on time of the year. Being far out from the city, the place is quite and very relaxing. A couple of activities available to keep you or the family busy at a cost. Places available to just read a book and relax too. Food is a problem unless you have transport. Nearest township is about 30 minutes away. Buffet dinner is disappointing. The Thai restaurant is a bit pricey too.
