The Lunenburg Historical Society of Lunenburg is a museum and was founded in 1897 to promote history of the town of Lunenburg through the means of collection, preservation, and exhibition of many arts and artefacts such as early school houses, Lunenburg High School yearbooks, proprietor's records, biography collections, early tax records of Lunenburg, and so much more.
