The 13th century Muenster Cathedral boasts of Medieval Romanesque architecture and an Astronomical Clock that operates counter-clockwise. The Baroque-styled High Altar of the Old Choir and the Tomb of the Bishops are stunning to watch. The Romanesque West Towers are topped with Copper Coated Green Pyramid like roofs. Two chapels namely the North Tower and the South Tower reside inside the West Towers. The North Tower dedicated to St Peter contains the auxiliary works of Main Organ of Muenster Cathedral while the South Tower is decorated with two stone angels. The three storey Narthex or Paradise is the most noteworthy part of the cathedral containing more-than-life-size statues of Saints, Apostles, and donors.
