Youth Museum of Southern West Virginia is an interesting museum than other conventional museums. What makes it interesting is that the main exhibition galleries of the museum are four rail road box cars. The museum is a very nice place for kids to learn new things in a not so museum style. They have a fun and exciting way of educating kids about Beckley. Beckley is situated in a very scenic place therefore the museum is located in a nice charming setting too. The guides here are very informative and helpful. The museum also has a gift shop from where you can buy souvenirs.
