We went in a group of 10 people to this place. You need to pay for tickets to enter the fall and that is Rs. 50 per head. We had to walk around 500mt to reach the stairs which leads to the fall. On the way you will find many photogenic places in which a metal hanging bridge is there. Walk carefully and slowly on the stairs. One pit stop is there on the way to fall. You can stop by to rest. From there you can see the water fall. We were lucky to reach below the fall and enjoy the power of gushing water over our body. It was little rush though. Be careful while making your way up to the fall, it's slippery and filled with stones. Enjoy your visit..:-)
Beautiful waterfall..with chilling water. View is very good.. Can enjoy the sounds of nature. Should walk and climb the steps for almost a kilometer from the gate. Old people may not be able to climb the steps till the waterfall. Youngsters can enjoy. Changing rooms are available for women. A must visit place in coorg.
The places is very good. Especially the greenary and coffee plantation everywhere......it was quite awesome Oh it's also a wild life sanctuary....so you even have a small trekking experience... I had been there during summer but apparently the water is even more during other seasons.
Good when there's enough water in water fall. Went early March, water was less. Will suggest to visit during monsoons. Well maintained. Railings throughout the climb. Moderate climb, have stairs.
