Iruppu Falls, Madikeri Reviews - Write a Review

  • Had good time with friends. You can ho in and play with water. Water is too cold for kids but adults will have fun. Route to fall is also very scenic.

  • Nice place to visit with friends and family. 1 km walkable distance from parking. There is entry ticket Rs. 50 per person. Paid Rest rooms are provided near the ticket counter, which is Horribly managed. They collect Rs. 5/- but not even doors for the ladies toilet. No good restaurants, better have your food and come. The ticket counter close at around 4pm. Hence reach early. There is also a beautiful someshwara temple near the parking area itself.

  • A great place to enjoy waterfalls. You can actually touch the water do the bathing under the stream unlike other falls like Abbe, Higanekal where you can just see the falls from a distance. Here you can really touch the water and bath... Anytime can be hurry up and visit and take the bath under the falls... Very soon will be banned and again never get the chance in lifetime... Be fast and get the chance to touch the nature..

  • Waterfalls are always scenic in monsoon. I visited this place last week. The waterfall is beautiful and kind of aloof from the crowd. The fall is beautiful and breathtaking. It has spiritual aspects so shiva devotees visit here often. When I visit it was on full verge and roaring. The white waters were falling in straight line and making huge noise. The area is spectacular with lush greenery. Best time to visit is July to December.
