Spread over 19 acres of land, Ball Mill Resurgence Natural area is a small forested area that provides natural habitat to many wild creatures. There are 2-3 parking areas near the place from where you can join the short walking trail that takes you on a tour of the forest. As you go for a walk on the trail, you will explore a wide variety of flora and fauna along with a creek that makes the landscape look mesmerizing. The creek roars with water during heavy rains. The creek then empties itself into the Mississippi river. After a short walk from this natural area, you will come across Blue Spring Branch Conservation Area.
