  • Great location. We walked almost everywhere. Tiny room!!! Like.... single person room. Do not recommend bathroom if you're over 5'5 lol. It is tiny!!!

  • Basic accommodation in a great location. Excellent prices and friendly staff. The lift can be a little noisy if you're in one of the rooms near it and are a light sleeper. I would recommend it for great value, basic accommodation.

  • Not good! If you got decent living standards, this is not a good place to stay if you want to enjoy Madrid. There is ABSOLUTELY NO sound isolation! We expected SOME noise since it is central Madrid, but this was bad. The window/door to the street is just an old wooden door, there is no difference between having it closed or locked; the sound from the street is the same. BUT that was not the biggest problem, OTHER GUESTS was the biggest problem. The room walls and door has no sound isolating either, we could hear people talk all night. People had pre-party in the "tv-room" at approx 21:00-23:00 and later after-party until 05:00 AT NIGHT! People(young we assume) were yelling at each other from different rooms the first night we came there, it was around 05:00. Later I went to the bathroom at 06:00 and it was loud party music from another room, and another with a loud radio of some sort. This experience was with us 3/5 days we stayed there. What "saves" Flat5Madrid from 1star is helpful and nice receptionist and localization. - Don't bring children! - Bring earplugs! - Beds are hard. - Beds are small, even "double beds". - In 5 days we never got new towels, and our bed was never changed. - Low quality in general. Example: shower drain was clogged by people's hair while showering. They have "renovated", but it does not look very good, obvious cheap and "home made renovation" of the rooms/bathrooms.
