It's my second time to stay in your hotel. Location is excellent, just a few steps from the Gran Via Metro Station. Good for dining and shopping. Staff are friendly. Natalie was very talkative and helpful. Room is small but enough for one person. I'm surprised for the chocolate also. I would really consider to stay here again when I visit Madrid next time.
AFTER 7 NIGHTS IN THIS HOTEL I MUST SAY THAT IT'S A GOOD HOTEL: THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN, BREAKFAST IS NICE, GREAT LOCATION AND VERY VERY NICE AND HELPFULL STUFF. THE ONLY THING IS THE AIR CONDITION THAT DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND WE HAD TO SUFFER .FROM THE HIT AND COULD'NT SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF IT EVERY DAY I'VE TOLD THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK BUT IT DIDN'T HELP! SHAME!!! IF WASN'T THIS THING I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL WITH 5 STARS. I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WILL WAKE UP THERE... ANYWAY I RECOMMEND BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS IN THE MIDDLE OF MADRID AND VERY CLOSE TO THE GRAN VIA STREET AND AROUND THE HOTEL ARE MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS.
The hotel is in a great location, just steps from the Gran Via metro stop. All of the staff members we spoke with were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and though the hotel was in a lively area, we had quiet nights of sleep. Breakfast is pricy but there are plenty of places nearby to eat at instead - I recommend La Duquesita.
This is my first time to travel in Spain.I was be happy to stay in Petit Palace Chueca. The staff is full of enthusiasm and smile. The hotel is located next to the metro.Sightseeing and shopping is very convenient.
Great location, amazing and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
