6000 animals covering 500 species! Considering that they’re all so exotic, they’re all celebrities really, but some are more so than others (sorry, but sexless giant pandas will always win out, even if they do no king-fu whatsoever). The dolphins, koalas and primates (Western Lowland Gorillas, Common chimpanzees, Mandrills, Mantled guerezas, Orangutans and several species of Lemurs) compete heavily for attention though. The animals are from everywhere. Activities include boat tours and train tours! The complete facilities cover the zoo, the petting zoo (they let you get personal with the Pandas), the aviary and the dolphinarium. As far as zoos go, the animals here are very well treated.

Really fun zoo! Layout is easy to figure out and walk, and animals are housed so that it is easy for people to visit and actually sight an animal. They have a large variety of animal shows, and the Dolphin one is the best I have ever seen. My negative is that I wish more things were printed in English but otherwise it was a great zoo.
A wonderful zoo with a huge variety of animals. The walkways were so wide, there was no problem going on a Saturday, it didn't feel crowded at all. Skip the food, bring your own. The aquarium is a bit tight to navigate, but the display is worth the visit
I'm not a huge fan of zoo's. But coming here was a breath of fresh air for me, all of the enclosures had plenty of room for the animals to move about and be comfortable, everything was well kept as well as some blind spots so that the animals could have their privacy if they wanted. There's also easy access toilets for everyone and 3-4 cafes for you to take a break and let the kids chill out for 5 minutes and get some snacks. The aquarium is just as good as the rest of the park as well as the dolphin showcase that happens 2-3 times a day and lasts 30-40 mins if you catch the right showing. Over all brilliant place to go whether as a family or just with friends.
Not a bad little zoo and aquarium. Animals appear to be in general good health ( I am no expert) Aquarium a little on the small side compared to today's huge offerings but, they have some very interesting displays. If you are only interested in the aquarium, then you might be better off visiting the larger one just outside the city of Madrid. (Atlantis)
I’ve been to many zoos and aquariums but nothing like this one. You get to see the animals from a very close point of view. It will take you all day to see the entire exhibits. I got there at 12 and I didn’t leave until 5:30. Bring food and coins for drinks or bring drinks as well.
