Can feel this park was operated with heart. Animals looked being well taken care. They expanded much and continuously improving along the years. Awesome tree house / sky climb / fortress. Kids were having fun with kid-specific rides and some sea lives touching area (you can even touch devil fish... impressive!!). Monorail ride gave you viewing the park with ease. The bad are the sucks shows - nearly slept for the entrance water bike show; and not many choices of food. Hope can improve in the near future.
Great day out for the whole family. Nickelodeon land was a huge hit with my youngest as she couldn't wait to meet sponge Bob square pants. The facilities were great with plenty of information and food out lets. The shows were also a.geat way to learn about the marine wild life. Alas we weren't able to see all of them due to rainy weather. Still fun to go even when it was wet.
The function facilities are very good, the food at the functions that we attended was very good. The food at the buffet was ordinary and the accommodation was nice but we had a couple of issues which were not resolved and nor handled well. The pool area is very good if you have small children as they have full time life guards. The Japanese Restaurant on site is very good.
Was undergoing some matinance during our visit. One of the only two rides on offer closed before 12 noon. It is a great spot for younger families. The dolphin show was pretty spectacular. Needs a few more rides to be honest or repair the log ride it is just sitting there dormant.
We had a fabulous time at the resort. The early entry to the park and late stay at the Pirate's Cove was a real treat for my kids. The resort was clean, comfy, the staff were wonderful, and there were plenty of different activities to keep us busy and entertained for the whole duration of our stay. They offer shuttle buses to and from the airport. The food options were just perfect for my family. I only disliked... hated, in fact... the daily sponge bob loud music in the morning...other than that... it was a wonderful experience.
