Sea World, Main Beach Reviews
Fantastic place for the whole family. There is something for everyone here. Pack your togs and towel. Take a change of clothes for after The Storm ride. The dolphin and sea lion shows were great. Would go back in a heart beat.
Good park with lots of educational offerings. The various shows are a must see and definitely make up the bulk of the experience. Couple of small kids rides, with the new Castaway Bay area having some very good attractions for families. Park is spread right out and layout can be confusing so make sure you have a map. While the animals they do have are really good, there is only a limited amount compared to a traditional zoo or sanctuary. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Honestly as captivating as it was when I was a child. Every member of staff that we came across was kind, cheerful and informative. We loved the turtle and sharks. The seal show was great at teaching kids what to do with their rubbish. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We will be back, highly recommend to anyone with kids or who is a big kid.
The place is really nice. But service can be improved, E.g the map doesn’t have show time, even on their website location and show time are not in one place. The monorail has no indication where it is. We were waiting for the first train at 10am (even that was given by a staff only when we ask, not anywhere displayed), 10:10 still saw nothing, and I called their service desk, been told the train was stopped because a power cut for a crane, they don’t have an ETA. Hey! No announcement?
A bit over priced. Not good value for money. Rooms were nice. We stayed in a deluxe family room and was great for our family of 6. Had a lovely little park right outside the room. Food was a bit disappointing. Julie in kids club was a standout. So happy and excited to be there. Was amazing with the kids. She was the highlight of kids club for our kids.
