  • Not the worst place at which I've stayed, but not the best, either. Old 19" TV was horrible! AC worked well. Plus to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Bathroom was small, but serviceable. Carpet needs cleaning. Overall, the place is a bit shabby, but OK for 2 nights.

  • In my opinion, the only reason this Travelodge gets customers is because it is in Mammoth Lakes and it's the high season. The door to our room looked like it had been chewed on the side by a bear. The electrical outlets were few and loose. I was afraid I was going to start an electrical fire by plugging in my cell phone charger. The curtains wouldn't close all the way because the shade pulley was broken. When the people in the next room turned on their bathroom vent the noise was loud enough to keep us awake. This motel needs to be torn down and rebuilt right. Until I hear that has been done I have no intention of staying there again.

  • It's a place to stay. We came an a time when all the hotels were booked and this had a room available. And they knew it because they asked WAY more than it was worth. All of our plugs fell out of the walls too Like even the fridge and microwave didn't stay plugged in. And when we tried to sign in to the wifi it said it was at Max capacity. If you could stay somewhere else I would but it's a bed at the very least.

  • It's an okay place if you need a cheap place to crash. Room is small with an ancient TV and the bed sheets had questionable holes. Not the worst place I've stayed but I recommend spending a few extra bucks elsewhere if you have options.

  • These people are thieves! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I placed my reservation on my phone with my credit card, but paid $75 cash when I arrived. Then he up-charged me $25 cash more because I had my dog. I put I was bringing my dog in the online reservation, so he should have know that and told me it was going to be $100 for that dumpy room. I would have stayed at Motel 6, which is much nicer. Then because the whole experience was so "fishy", I checked my credit card statement, and they charged me $74.14 for the day AFTER the day I stayed. I drove back 350 miles (one way) to have them refund the fraudulent charge. The managers agreed that I was deserved a refund for the charge for the day I was not there. They have told me 4 times a refund was issued, but it has NEVER been credited to my account. Avoid this place or I believe you will regret it!
