  • These people are thieves! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I placed my reservation on my phone with my credit card, but paid $75 cash when I arrived. Then he up-charged me $25 cash more because I had my dog. I put I was bringing my dog in the online reservation, so he should have know that and told me it was going to be $100 for that dumpy room. I would have stayed at Motel 6, which is much nicer. Then because the whole experience was so "fishy", I checked my credit card statement, and they charged me $74.14 for the day AFTER the day I stayed. I drove back 350 miles (one way) to have them refund the fraudulent charge. The managers agreed that I was deserved a refund for the charge for the day I was not there. They have told me 4 times a refund was issued, but it has NEVER been credited to my account. Avoid this place or I believe you will regret it!

  • Horrible customer service. Air condition was turned off for the whole building but the fan was available, but worked for nothing, put out more heat in that anything. Ground floor was open to the street and anyone could look in our open window, because that was the only way to marginally cool the room. Breakfast was old and non existent, the bran flakes cereal rasins were white. I have never checked out early from a hotel but we were glad to be away from there.

  • I would have given this terrible place no stars if I could. Do not believe these pictures. They must have been taken 15 years ago. It is not clean and needs work everywhere. This place is a dump, pure and simple. It IS cheap and if dumps don't bother you then stay here. We have been traveling for over 40 years and this was one of the worst and most deceptive properties we have ever booked. The fact that the Wyndham name is associated with it is the biggest deception of all. We forfeited our money and stayed elsewhere. I'm not even going to mention the all you can eat Fruit Loops or orange juice (breakfast?!!)or the wornout, decrepit furniture or the filthy carpeting. Do not book this place!!!!

  • Sucks. Carpet is filthy. No elevator and I have mobility limitations. No safety at in the bathroom. There's a pleasant itch but it hasn't been cleaned in awhile and has residue of spilled drinks. The doors are weird. So narrow.

  • What a dump. Do yourself a favor and stay in your car, camp, stay in the hostel or spend a few more bucks and stay in a decent place. Don't get suckered into this place. It's not good for your health.
