This historic downtown area in the center of Maputo sells fruits and vegetables and is ideal to get a local flavor of the area. Stalls after stalls selling piles of fresh local produce, seafood, fishes, and spices make this place popular among shoppers. Handicraft vendors at the market also sell beautiful souvenirs here.
