An introductory film will prepare you for your tour, and then a highly knowledgeable tour guide will take you to meet the actual animals. The Turtle Hospital Reviews & Ratings

  • What a beautiful experience. I've done this 2 years in a row. Love it!! Last year when I went they had 5/7 varieties of sea turtles there...Amazing to see them all!! This year baby sea turtles were on hand, adorable!! See you again next year. Money spent here is a donation to keep up the wonderful work they do.

  • Educational. The staff loving good people who take sea life seriously! This is a great place to learn at all ages about sea turtles. I love going there. Best part is that you can see how they treat each turtles medical needs. It is a real hospital that helps the injured and sick sea turtles. They do great work and need to be acknowledged for the selfless work they do.! Take the time and visit. You will enjoy the time you spend there.

  • I loved getting to learn so much more than I already did about the sea turtles. The guides are very informative and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions on our tour. You can tell the people working there have a love for what they do. Definitely a must do if your passing by the area.

  • The cost of the turtle hospital is $25/person and lasts about 1-1.5 hrs. You get a guided tour and learn all about what goes on there. The place does a lot of good for turtles all around Florida. There’s no denying it. But I’m trying to rate it based on the experience itself. The location is very small so realistically there isn’t a ton to see. There are several pools full of rescued and rehabbed turtles. It’s cool to see the process of everything. Overall, it’s a great, educational experience. Kids will enjoy seeing the turtles but could grow bored because the tour has a lot of talking. Adults may enjoy it more. The best part about the place is the actual work they do. As an attraction I would rate it 4/5.

  • It is a great recourse for the sea turtles. Admission is $25.00 & they like for you to have reservations. It was fairly busy when I was there so I did not do the tour. There are many a unique display & information about turtles.
