Spend a few hours of your holiday in Italy exploring the displays at the Museo Archaeologica Ibleo in Ragusa. Opened in the 1960s, the Museo Archaeologica Ibleo Ragusa displays the archaeological findings made in the Hyblean mountain region of Ragusa. At the Museum you will be able to see interesting collections from the period of the Neolithic era to recent times. There are seven different sections in the Museum covering excavations from different regions over different decades. Do make sure to take a look at the fully restored model of an ancient kiln oven from the Ragusa region. The Museum also hosts several temporary exhibitions from time to time which you can see during your visit.
