Marne-la-Vallee is a new city to the east of Paris, formed as a conurbation surrounding the French capital in Île-de-France.

From the beginning of its planning in 1965, the city is gradually developed. It now spreads over an area of 16,000 hectares consisting of 26 communes in the departements of Seine-et-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne. The total number of inhabitants of Marne-la-Vallée is about 283,000.

The only reason why Marne-la- Vallee is visited is because it’s the place where the European Instalment of Disneyland was set. Every year, thousands of tourists visit the city to have the ultimate Disney experience involving different theme parks, various activities and joyrides.
