This is a simple pedestrian path. It is also one of Marseille’s underappreciated gems. It follows along the l’Huveaune stream from Avenue de Mazargues, heads east from there towards the Mediterranean, crosses the stream at ParcBorely, then continues all the way to Plage Marseille. Or you could just as easily walk it from the opposite direction, heading inland from the beach. Either way it s one of the most tranquil strolls you could take in the city, surrounded by lush greenery, away from the traffic, catching sight of elusive wildlife.
