Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial Reviews & Ratings
The wall is very touching and a beautiful tribute to the men and woman who gave their lives for our country. With that said the mayor and everyone on the board of Marseilles,IL. Should be proud of themselves for turning the freedom run, the main event to raise money to maintain the walls and museum and to show the gold star families that their loved ones and their ultimate sacrifice has not been forgotten or taken lightly by the people who attend. They have not been allowed to hold an auction to raise money during the freedom run and they have made it very difficult for the people who work very hard to make sure our lost soldiers are honored as they should be. You have hurt your town as most of your businesses have gone out of business and you have hurt every person who has served our country!
A place not to be missed. Very meaningful, beautiful, and emotional. There is also a piece from the Pentagon from 9/11. Many ceremonies are held here throughout the year, including Freedom Run and Walk to the Wall.
Good place to go and remember some history of this great country.
I've seen many memorials in my life and this is by far one of the best! The location is amazing and the memorial itself is very beautiful and well designed. It's easy to find names of veterans on the walls and it's nice to have the supplies to do the etchings, too. Thank you for creating this!
It is in very hard words to explain about this place so I will try my best. The place is always immaculate. It definitely honors our fallen soldiers. It is truly humbling to see and the first time I visit the place I was overwhelmed with emotion on a sacrifice that the soldiers and their families I've given to this great country. It is truly a reminder of what we give for are freedom. So if you don't have a family member on the wall you should still go and visit it at least once in your lifetime to pay respect and to learn what people have given to this great country.
