Marysville is the administrative capital of Yuba County. It is located in the Gold Country region of Northern California, USA. The city, which has a total population of around 12,000 (as of the 2010 census), is also part of the Yuba-Sutter area, which is located in Greater Sacramento, Northern California, United States. Marysville was initially incorporated in 1851 and was home to many Chinese Americans, who were forcibly driven out of their homes between 1870 and 1900.
