  • This hotel is definitely one of the finer higher class hotels. The staff is very attentive professional and efficient not to mention the rooms in facility itself was extremely clean. The quality of food prepared by their culinary team at the restaurant was by far some of the cleanest best tasting Cuisine I have had definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling where the things I'd mentioned are important to them

  • An amazing, glamorous place. Staff helps you open car doors, helps with your luggage, pours your drinks and is extremely polite. The place is also elegant and luxurious. This comes at a price..

  • Nice hotel with good service. My trip was primarily for business, but I did some sight seeing as well. I was able to.walk to the office, but proximity to train/subway stations was convenit for exploring Tokyo.

  • Westin hotels are like McDonalds. They're clean, decent service and you know what you're going to get. Tokyo (Ebisu) is no different. It's spacious, clean and has excellent dining options in a quiet neighbourhood setting yet only 10min walking distance to Ebisu train station. Expect to pay extra to use the hotels spa.

  • Spacious rooms with a nice view of the city. Has a really nice decor in the room similar to other Westins around the world. The only thing missing was a Swimming pool which is not common in most Tokyo 5 star hotels. One has to pay and use a Swimming pool outside the property
