Tasty, inexpensive. Go for breakfast or just before lunch to beat the crowds. Better than three stars, but definitely not five stars.
It's nice and cheaper compared to many other shops. The shop looks traditional and nice. Only fallback was the rice balls were cold when they were served and we could not add more rice balls as it comes in a fixed amount based on your chicken portion.
The food serve usual typical melacca Hainanese Chicken Rice, but if compare with before, some of the meals have been excluded from the menu. So now they serve simpler varieties of food. No more tasty soup is served.
Tested OK, nothing spectacular. Prices are reasonable, but the large lunch did leave me feeling very thirsty until the next morning. Gawd knows how much sodium was in that mean!
Although the rice balls us kind of small, but the tender and tasty chicken make up for it. Price is inexpensive.
