What to see Along Albert Street and Vincent Street you will find many of the towns historic buildings, such as the post office (1867) and the town hall (1882). This region is known as the spa capital of Australia, so a visit to the historic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is a must. The spa, open since 1895, makes use of water from the natural Mineral Springs Reserve. There is a warmed mineral pool, as well as a variety of spa and relaxation therapies on offer. If you are a fan of the spooky and supernatural pay a visit to Hanging Rock (of book and film fame). Colliban is a wine bar that offers a variety of wine types, If you are looking for something Mediterranean or some tasty pizza as well as some well prepared and delicious seafood then you can go to Rubens @ Hepburn. Where to be At night you can go to Farmers Arms Hotel, this is a bar and pub, the food is great and they sometimes hire DJs on weekends. Hovart Wine Bar is where you can relax whilst listening to some live music. Festivals The Swiss Italian Festa, in late April, is a celebration of the cultural heritage of the regionâ€™s settlers, hailing mostly from Northern Italy and the Swiss Canton of Ticino.
