  • Went to buy some shoes today. As i have there well over 10 times and low and behold . The sale price is $108 down from $138. Now keep in mind ive bought well over 10 pairs of the same shoes from this shop and never paid more than $85 . So off i went. Now i understand businesses need to make profit but its a store inside direct factory outlet its meant to be cheaper. Lucky for me williams @ water gardens also stock windor smith and there full retail is less than the factory outlets sale price. Lesson learnt.

  • Is this a franchise or a company run store?! Nobody cares about serving customers, all the staff care about is, and I quote, "Who's going to get the most hammered this weekend". Nobody would help me try on a pair of boots so I had to leave unfortunately

  • Sadly I have to provide at least one star to leave a review. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have no clue about return laws. Spoke with their complaints department and was told to 'just rub dubbin on it'. Buyer beware.

  • Disgusting service from staff. I simply wanted to exchange my boots. Yet was accused of wearing them. When I one hundred percent knew I hadn't. There was no marks anywhere on the boot. Only a tiny crease that is left when you try any shoes in shops. The shoes were in the same condition as I bought them in. Yet staff kept accusing me I had. I had done nothing wrong. I hadn't worn the shoes, I came back within the 14 days and had the receipt. I'm a 19 year old student who earns very little so a big purchase like this impacts on my life a lot. After leaving the shop I was quite upset. I knew I was in the right. I will definitely never be buying anything from Windsor Smith again.

  • While looking at shoes the staff asked us to move out of the aisle so they could take a photo of the aisle ... do you want us to buy shoes or not??!! Pity, we were going to buy two pairs.
