Mallards Landing Golf Course Reviews & Ratings

  • The golf course is fine and the players are ladies and gentlemen. One major problem that Florida doesn't understand because the city is brain dead. The golf course has a major highway running straight thru it. There is not a bird that will live here, so don't think you will relax here. Motor cycles, cement trucks, garbage trucks, rat cars, rat bikes, wandering and lost people, pick-up trucks with nasty loud mufflers, got it yet?? Do not play golf here. You will regret it big time. Just a heads-up, folks.

  • Played this course the past weekend and practice both here and Crane Creek at least 3 times a week. Great rates (all you can walk after 4 pm for $12+tax). Driving range is in the best shape out of places in the area. Minimal sand, good combo of St. Aug, bent, and Bermuda grass. Both the practice green AND the course greens are in phenomenal shape right now, with minimal to no ball marks or bare spots. Fairways were still a little splotchy from the summer rains, but were leveled nicely. I also take lessons from Mike, the pro both here and Crane Creek. Mike is an awesome, down to earth coach who loves the game. He is my first instructor and he never tried to rebuild my swing to something it wasn't. He takes videos for you and will send them to you after. One of the most personable people to talk to, loves to check in on how you're playing all the time and will make sure you are satisfied with your results! 10/10 would recommend

  • Great course for the price, never have a bad time here. Sometimes during summer the course shows the drought and bunkers are not always white sand.

  • Greens are filling nice and in good shape for a public course

  • I am a local and play every weekend I have played here numerous times . The layout is great, the greens are great but the fairways are horrible. They need to take some pointers from there sister course Crane Creek Reserve who's fairways are so plush. You can't get a good second shot off of hard ground with no grass, it is very discouraging. They have no business charging the same price to play as Crane Creek.I would still play here for a lower price but will not be back until the fairways get better.
