  • We stopped in to hit the top of the pyramid & grab lunch. The food was decent but the service sucked. There were 5 tables & 2 servers & we STILL had a hard time getting refills, etc. We had a GREAT visit with Santa, which was unexpected, & even got a free frame/print (very nice, thanks bass pro). Then headed over to go to the lookout. What on earth! $10/pp to ride an elevator up & take a picture (that per person would've included $10 for a six week old baby) 😡, uh no! I just spent 15/pp to eat. They should offer free visit to the observation deck with purchase!

  • Very ample parking, easy to find and a great way to pass at least 2 hours. Children of any age that like the outdoors, animals or fish at all will be thrilled here. Shoppers can buy anything from coozies to waders to a wheeler or boat here. The fun is riding up the elevators and going out on the balcony to enjoy expansive views of the mighty Mississippi. Several dining options available. A burger and fries will run you about 15 bucks.

  • We were from out of town and didn't expect to see this location. This is one of the coolest Bass Pro locations. It is so unique and huge. The staff, layout, everything was just awesome. The elevator is pretty sweet and so was the view. This is worth a drive to check out, even if you are not into the items that Bass Pro offers. Wish we had something more like this in my area.

  • Love the employees, they are very friendly and seem to truly enjoy their job and helping us find our Christmas gifts for all our grandchildren. Also visited the hotel lady. She had some great visiting ideas and we are looking forward to our stay in Memphis at Bass Pro this summer. Also anyone looking for a nice looking Santa for pictures with the kids... Bass Pro has one. Merry Christmas everyone! Plus tonight is 3 x points tuesday!

  • Amazing "Pryamid" Bass Pro Shop !! Customer service is A++ Went late on a random Monday night before closing. The staff is on top of their game so to speak. Very courteous from start to finish. Observation deck is $10 but I felt it was worth it. I would go around Sunset on a clear night to get the best effect. Fantastic views of Memphis City. Probably the best. According to employees this is the LARGEST BPS in the world !! Final verdict: If you are in the Memphis, TN along with Elvis Presley's Graceland, this is a must stop. Lastly prices were excellent !
