Visitors will view the room Dr. King occupied, and explore the museum's many exhibits of the history of the civil rights movement (including more than 260 artifacts).
The Burkle Estate Museum commemorates an underground railroad stop for slaves traveling north for freedom. Visitors will see and experience the refuge provided for slaves by Jacob Burkle, who was instrumental in helping countless individuals seek freedom.
Elvis Presley grew up in the small town of Tupelo Mississippi and became one of America's greatest entertainers of all-time. The city of Memphis has a story with disaster and triumph. Â Memphis 101 is a one hour tour and a great way to learn about how Memphis evolved since the early 1800's. Â From it's thriving cotton industry to an epidemic that almost wiped it off the map. Â You'll see churches that have been standing for centuries, historic homes where high society once dwelled, the city's oldest theater, the park where a music genre was born and the hotel balcony where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968 and much more. Â Yes, Memphis is known for its musical roots. Â But its the city's fascinating past that inspired that unique Memphis sound.

What can I say about this store...IT'S AMAZING! It's so huge and is just a marvel! It's massive inside and decorated so cool. There are water features, boats in the water, the 28 floor free standing elevator, alligators, ducks; so much to look at! The store has everything you could imagine for your outdoor needs. I highly recommend this location and can't wait to return!
Very unique place to visit. Can spend 30min or half a day here looking, dining and bowling. Would like to try the Hotel at some point! Looks like an experience to be had by all! The Restaurant was great. We've are here 4 times now and great each time with great service and seems to be a very clean and maintained Restaurant, which is a big deal to us as most people! Will definitely dine here again!!
The best features are man made creeks with actual fish... bug ones! They have the largest free standing elevator in TN! With neon lights and everything. But you basically pay $10 for a overrated elevator ride, sorry Memphis, the Arch was better. If you are a fisherman, you'll love this place, if not you might enjoy looking around for about 30 min. If you are a memphis native, I'm sure you'll love the observation deck. It's certainly worth a visit, and a Memphis landmark.
If you're ever in Memphis, make a point to stop at the pyramid. The store decorations are very unique, the bowling alley is a lot of fun, and the restaurant is great! We ate dinner here and enjoyed the observation deck. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very polite and attentive. My only complaint would be that people who were coming up to view the observation deck kept walking past our table to take pictures/look out the window rather than going to the two observation decks. This became a little distracting and took away from our date. But aside from that, everything else was great!
This Bass Pro Shop is one of a kind! The elevator ride to the top is so cool. And the view is amazing! The setting is awesome with the restaurant and everything. Would definitely go again and spend more time there.
