Memphis Riverboats Reviews & Ratings
The band was so, so good. I was surprised by the excellence of the food! Staff were so nice and everybody had a terrific time. Only complaint was how HOT it was that day but the sunset and the breeze on the upper decks soon melted all that away. Would definitely do this again!
We really enjoyed it. The guide was very friendly and quite informative. There's a concession stand where you can get food and drinks. The Walk me downs were the best we've had so far! It was very much worth the money! And we will recommend this attraction to everyone planning a trip to Memphis.
My husband's company and an event on the Memphis Queen and it was so much fun! It was an employee & family event and the kids loved the boat. The DJ (not sure if she was with the company) kept the music going all night, the buffet was good, and the bartender was great! Really hope they plan to do this again in the future.
The staff was wonderful! Very polite & accommodating. Food was terrible. Definitely wasn't a true depiction of Memphis cue & sides. Not worth the fare at all.
I took my wife on the Dinner and Music Cruise for her birthday. It was a wonderful experience and absolutely worth the money. The price is very reasonable. The Captain, staff, and band were all very friendly. The food and music were good. We are from the area, so we are familiar with the river and familiar with Memphis, but this was a whole new beautiful perspective on this city. I was pleased to see that this is appropriate for both one-on-one time with your spouse, and also for adult groups, tourists, and families with children. The bar prices are also very reasonable with outstanding staff. Do be aware that the gates at Tom Lee park close at 9p.m. You'll want to park someplace else for the evening cruise to avoid being locked in. Can't say enough good stuff about our time. I'd happily do it again next week.
