The Predolac pit is known for its rich diversity of water fauna. Unique species of underground shellfish congeria is worth-seeing. The place has a great ecological history as millions of years ago as congeria kusceri, a living fossil, used to reside here. Apart from the living fossils, this place was also a home to two endemic species namely Congeria kusceri and Marifugia cavatica. An educational centre is also located near the Predolac pit where tourists can get information regarding the speleological values that is associated with it.
