Coyoacán - A sightseeing city in Mexico. Called a counter-culture hotbed, this is where young Mexico City hangs out. That’s not to say it’s a centre of modernity. This is one of Mexico’s oldest boroughs, and many of the streets and plazas here date from the 16th century. Check out the old churches, the souvenir opportunities, the street performances, and the many, many museums. This includes the MuseoFrida Kahlo and the Museo Leon Trotsky. Visit the Hidalgo Plaza and the Centenario Garden. Have your fortune told. Explore the many streets; it’s quite safe. At the Casa de Luna, check out and purchase Mexican handicraft. It’s a wonderful, bustling and bohemian neighborhood.
