The cozy and classy Maximo Bistrot is run by Eduardo and Gabriela Garcia who share a common passion of providing healthy and delectable food prepared from fresh products. The seafood, meat as well as the vegetables are sourced from the local markets while the elegant décor and furniture are fairtrade.
