  • My husband and I have rented cars all over the world and I don't normally bother to leave reviews as I generally find all the rental services suck but we had a great experience here. The service was great from the start all the way to the end. When we picked up the car we didn't have to wait in any lines, everything was handled smoothly and quickly right up to us leaving the garage. Returning the car was just as easy and the staff were super helpful. I forgot my phone in the car and they radioed someone right away to go track it down for me. Very impressed with the service, I would highly recommend renting from here.

  • Great service, easy process. Selected car category and filled out paperwork online. Arrived at car rental center, went down a few flights, picked up the car and was on my way. Check out was at the exit booth. Returning car was just dropping it off. Great car, easy rental. After using a variety of rental car companies, I tried Alamo and haven't changed. Highly recommended.

  • Great experience. It was easy to make a reservation online and enter some info to be able to "Skip The Counter," so I headed straight to the rental garage where helpful staff got me into my car quickly. I reserved a compact but there were none available (I got in early) so I got a free upgrade to a pickup truck! Checkout was easy as well. This was my first time renting with Alamo and certainly won't be the last.

  • Overall, this location has a decent selection of clean cars in good working order. The prices are also decent. Drop off of the car went smoothly and the staff/manager on duty were helpful, polite, and had great customer service skills. What could be improved, however, is that education and information could be better passed along to customer at the main counter when you are picking up your car. I come from a state that doesn't have toll roads, which Florida has an abundance of. The information they gave us on how to deal with them was, firstly, a single sheet of paper and, secondly, was in five different languages, none of which was English (what I am fluent in). Not realizing this, we asked the guy at the counter about the toll roads and he said it would be addressed on the we left. Luckily, Alamo's customer service line was easy to call and reach a live person to address our questions.

  • I came here based on all the great reviews but I had to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle that smelled like cigarette. I was told I was getting an upgrade as a kind gesture but it was the same size as the others and it was included in the promotion I got when I booked it. Enterprise was awesome as usual at the Miami location. They were also less expensive and the car was available as soon as I got there. No fuss or nothing. Now my kids and I have headaches and we need to drive to Orlando in this heavy smell that they said would go away with some spray. We have the air conditioner on with the windows open because it's hot, & the smoke smell seems fresh. That spray didn't work. Never again Alamo!
