Cubaocho Museum And Performing Arts Center Reviews & Ratings
A great place to have a cocktail and listen to the live music by the band. The bar is also a historical museum packed with artifacts from Havana, very interesting to browse through. The short description of the band doesn’t do it justice- they are superb, engage with the audience, dance and sing as if it’s their last performance. For those who fancy a cigar, the place has a detached cigar shop so you can enjoy your Cuban cigar with some rum while listening to some salsa classics. A fantastic place I wouldn’t miss out on!
Went on a Sat night. Wanted to salsa dance. Got there about 11pm. Everybody sitting in groups or couples. Maybe 4 people dancing. At 11:15 they had a live rock bank. Total waste of $10. I stayed for 20 minutes minutes and left.
Such a fun place! I especially loved the rooster that resides outside the door 🐓💗 He was so sweet he even let me pick him up 🌟 a great place to visit!! 💗
We were there on Friday night. Admission was free. Live band was playing classic Cuban music almost without a break. People were dancing salsa cubano all the time. That was just wonderful experience! Just something I expected as a tourist from Europe! :)
The host is will be the death of this business!!!.. She said cover is charged after 10:30pm, we arrived 15 min before and went to the bar with no problem. After 10:30 she wanted to charge us 15 dollars per person to be inside ( it was 9 of us)That is just crazy!!! The place is really nice and all. However the host was so disrespectful and very rude that I’m never going back again. She even told the waitress to find us at the bar and either charge us or quickly throw us out. Fire this woman for your own good Cubaocho
