Grapeland Water Park - Review
Grapeland water park is an ideal place for kids. The water park has numerous slides and fun water rides. The art around the park is designed by famous local artist Romero Britto. This 13-acre park has plenty of room for everyone to splash and play on a hot summer’s day. There are several lifeguards and attendants to ensure the safety of visitors. The main attractions are:
- The Captain’s Lagoon: A large recreational pool with no slides and meant for swimming only.
- Buccaneer River Ride: Float down the lazy river on inflated tubes and relax.
- Pirate’s Plunge: Numerous fast slides that take you to the pool below and also a big splash bucket.
- Shipwreck Island: A water slide area suitable for toddlers and small children.
The park also offers swimming lessons for children and adults. There is also a snack bar located in the park for food and beverages.

Grapeland Water Park, Miami Reviews
Summer fun at its best! A great place for children of all ages. The lifeguards are on top of everything there are plenty of lifeguards to make everybody feel safe. You can spend a whole day enjoying the three separate areas the lazy river is a blast. Little kids love the small on the water slides and the older kids and adults really did enjoy the lot bigger slides all in all this is a perfect place to send a hot Summer's Day
First time here glad you could bring your own snack, my great grandchildren had a blast. Staff very professional, love there were Lifeguards and the swim jackets available will recommend to family and friends. Should have another entrance discount for senior citizens. All in all good experience,
It's a very beautiful water park and it's open 7 days a week and that's cool. I love all the water slides the pool area and the lazy river and the kiddie section. It's a wonderful place to come and relax and chill with your wife and kids and friends and other family members. But if the park know there's going to be bad weather that day they shouldn't open the park and take people money. I understand the rain check part but if you come the next day and they close the park again they need to give you another rain check again. But overall the park is marvelous and I love it the bad weather isn't my friend. How come summer falls under hurricane season lol. But come out there it's the best water park I have ever been to.
Pretty good time. Very crowded though. They have really fun water slides and the lazy river has a rapids section too. Great place to bring family and friends
My daughter loves this place. She is a toddler and it very good for kids to learn how to swim. The only thing is that they dont let you use your own floaties to protect your child from drowning. They want you to use theirs and they are very uncomfortable and too big for little children to wear to efficiently be able to swim. They do this so you can buy their swimming protection gear from their gift shop. Not cool!
