This elegant street of neoclassical and art nouveau architecture has the highest concentration of clothing shops of any other in Europe. There are over 350 outlets here stretching along 1.2 kilometres of road. This makes it one of the busiest and trendiest streets in the city. You'll find both standard upscale brand names and local boutiques here, but the prices are more or less reasonable. It's a great place to people watch. There are also lots of restaurants and a surprising number of ice cream parlours.
