The park gets its name from its location between two churches - the Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio. Nearby are some Roman ruins, the Colonne di San Lorenzo. Most of the park's traffic comes from the fact that the surrounding neighborhood is a highly popular nightlife area. The park is also appreciated for its various trees - maples, ash, cherry beam, hornbeam, beech, oak, poplar, elm and pine. There are three small play areas, a volleyball area, and lots of benches to relax on.

  • Opening hours may vary with the seasons.

  • Tram 3, Bus 94 stop Colonne Di S. Lorenzo
  • Tram 15, Bus N15 stop Italia Via S. Sofia

  • A nice park, also known as the Park of the Basilicas, due to it being behind two of the city´s main churches: the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore and that of Sant´Eustorgio. This is in fact the best place to admire the former´s beautiful romanesque chapels still standing-

  • A small and simple park, many blackbirds. This patk is loved by many: families, dog owners, runners, youth, couples and tourists. Notuch to do, but a nice district to walk through.

  • Charming and peaceful. Perfect for a stop and a breath on your way to Naviglio.

  • A beautiful and relaxing green park in a central area of Milan.

  • Very calm, very nice. Loved it
