This hotel has the basic amenities at a decent price but that's about it. Hairdryer and coffee maker were broken and privacy sign missing so I don't think anyone really checks the rooms regularly. Pool was very cold and we regularly stay at hotels so we also have a comparison. Staff told us they would have the manager turn it up no problem then Angela very rudely informed us the next day that it is standard temperature and that's that. Every time you talk to her she answers then ignores you and talks to someone else or looks at the computer. We asked for a one hour later checkout after staying here for 8 days and she gave us 30 min instead. Why not make the customer happy for 30 more minutes... I would have thought the staff would know us and have some sort of rapport after 8 nights but they are just friendly enough to do their jobs and that's it. Won't be staying here again. Not at all what I would expect of a Hilton.
The rooms were lovely and spacious and had essentially a full kitchen which would be great for an extended stay. They didn't have a tv channel listing, which was odd though. The breakfast, however, was ridiculous. The had basic bread and bagels but there was no prepared hot food! They had pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches and wraps but they had to be microwaved which created a huge line of people waiting for their food. It was badly laid out without enough space for people to sit or conveniently wait so it was a bit of a disaster. So if you stay, go to the Tim Horton's up the road for breakfast.
Easy hotel to get to, right off the 401. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright dressed in a modern feel. Staff was curtious at check in and very friendly. I would recommend staying here if looking for a hotel in the area.
Nice hotel, quiet, comfy beds, breakfast not so great. Small selection of foods and seriously understaffed with kitchen/cleanup crew. Nice rooms.
Was grateful for the Swift Check-in after a long flight. The Bed was soooooooo comfortable. Value for money.
