Estabrook Park Biergarten Reviews & Ratings
I really like this beer garden. It's in a beautiful park. It's a permanent place so you're not paying a transportation surcharge. You're paying a seasonal upkeep fee. Still worth it though. Good beer, and the pretzels are great.
Highly recommend! Definitely bring cash. No credit cards. Fantastic playground.
Our experience at this beer garden couldn’t have been better. There was an excellent polka duo playing their uplifting music, setting the atmosphere. Then there were all the happy people enjoying the day. The food was good, too. We were glad to see that our cooler with soft drinks, snacks and water (for those of us who’d rather not drink beer) was welcome! The area is excellent for a pleasant walk along the Milwaukee River, and there’s an enormous park surrounding the area. Overall, this was a perfect place to relax with friends on a Saturday afternoon.
This is the most authentic German Beer Garden in the Milwaukee area, it really makes you feel like you are in Munich at the English Garden with the river and the waterfall. The Hofbrau beer served there and Usinger’s Sausages are true German staples. They also have live music at times so you can hear some good old fashion polkas while enjoying great beer, great food and great company. If you have a group on the weekends I recommended reserving a table it is well worth it, and make an afternoon out of it! What is nice is you can also bring in your own food as well so create a spread, you can even carry in non alcoholic beverages. They charge a $5 refundable deposit for steins but feel free to bring your own and they will fill those, a good trick is go to a thrift store and get a few that way when you continue to return you are always ready to go.
Always a fun time. Trivia on Monday. Good brats and pretzels. Friendly service. Just remember to bring cash
