North Point Lighthouse Reviews & Ratings

  • The lighthouse is located in Lake Park just off Wahl St. along Lake Michigan in Glendale, Wis. The historic lighthouse was originally built in 1855 and replaced in 1888. It is now on the National Register of Historic Places. There is a small fee to tour the lighthouse and the museum...well worth it. There are walking trails in back of the structure which will take you through a beautiful park along the lake cliffs. The parking is good there are clean restrooms available.

  • Beautiful light house specially if you visit after midnight. Some people believe it is haunted. Some others just take a walk around it and enjoy.

  • I loved the tour and its history. I got amazing views of 3 major cities and great pictures!

  • The North Point Lighthouse is a beautiful gem. I had never been there, but decided to do the tour when friends asked me to go with. Surround by trees and landscaping, overlooking the lake, it was easy to forget you were in the middle of the city. The lighthouse might not look that tall, but when you take the winding walk up to the top, you find that it is taller than expected, and well worth it. The view from above is amazing. Highly reccommend!

  • My family & I take all of summer walks in the evening along this street. It NEVER gets old. Although I luv the Fall, I'm bummed to see summer end.😒
