Went for the brunch on a Sunday and it was amazing! For around $26US, you get a HUGE brunch selection including a roast beef carving station, omelet station, desserts, fruits, entrees, champagne, coffee, tea, and so much more. It was all very delicious.
Rooms are smallest of any government Hotel I've been to. The location and the look is world class. 4 Star Hotel hands down.
Fantastic American style (bigger rooms, no bidets) hotel that's at a great location for jumping to other parts of Tokyo. The price is great if you qualify. They have all manner of amenities - a Navy Exchange, a pool, a nice workout room, and a couple of restaurants. From here you can launch your adventures to wherever you may want to go.
Very good value compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Don’t expect anything amazing but a good option if you are looking to only sleep there and travel throughout Tokyo during the day. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat at Kikuya. Our cook was new and it was obvious by just looking around at some of the other tables. They need better quality control. She basically showed up and cooked and that was it. Food was still decent.
Look, it’s a great place. Beautiful hotel. Unbeatable prices. Close to train and metro stations. Pillows are giant. Love the pool. Sauna is great. Great restaurants and breakfast buffet options. The restaurant managers and staff were amazingly accommodating with my food allergy. There is a trip/fall hazard entering the bathroom from your room. It’s about a 2-3” lip going into the bathroom (unmarked, no warning) and all of my family has tripped or caught a toe on it. My mom nearly fell face first into the toilet after tripping over the one in their room. Water pressure is awful. As someone who has long hair, it takes me 10-15 minutes alone to get all of the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Staff is amazing. Such invaluable resources for exploring around Tokyo. Always helpful with directions around town to get you where you want to be. Love that there is an NEX on site. And laundry. Coin-op option is nice but dryer cycle needs to be run twice to dry clothes as it is only 30 minutes long. Overall, I’d say it’s worth the price.
