  • Had a good day of diving on the coco 3 dive boat. They supplied the shorty, fins, and tanks of course for 3 dives. The guide was good as was the on boat service. On the day we went conditions were good. Calm seas and lots of interesting things to see. Visibility was so so. Maybe 10 m. That's hard to predict and variable according to the guide. I was scheduled for a second day but was not feeling well. My partner still went out and I really appreciated the partial refund. One thing that was lacking were on the boat resources. We saw lots of things but could not look up what they were. A guide to the fish for this part of the world would be really valuable.

  • Did a 3 dives with them, the water was damn choppy and current was very bad alot off ppl was sea sick. The DM was very friendly and helpful along the way. But I believe the boat can be abit larger as it was too small, n almost everyone vomited from seasick.

  • 1. Diver master and dive. instructor very professional. 2. Food for vegetarian basic if not terrible. 3. Service to help elderly customer back on the boat lacking. 4. Support staff need more training. Strength needed to help lift tank back on board required. 5. Towels not provided by operator and we not inform to bring your own. 6. Would be nice to have some Fruits or warm drinks on board. 7. Pick up is direct at your hotel. 8. Good value for 3 dives. 9. Lastly I would like to thank our dive master Aniqfizwa for being so professional and thorough with the training. Well Done!!! 10. Got stung by 100 plus jelly fish on my extremities exposed while doing refresher course. Warning Wear long wet suit. After this experience I don't think I will dive here without proper gear. Have not slept for 3 days. My skin sensitive to jellyfish bites.

  • Good diveshop

  • Morning, im really hoping to hv a solution for all this delay and all unwanted excuses. 1. Last saturday (30/09/2017)departure got delayed due to boat engine, & then cancelled to pulau Rusukan for there is no alternative boat. We hv instead accepted and request for refresher course that afternoon for to cover up the lost time and Roy had agreed to to do it at 2pm. But at 2.30pm it was cancelled again due to shallow water reason. *This is not true and know it because next day refresher was done at a very shallow water* 2. Sunday 1/10/2017 it was agreed between all & Roy to meet up at 7.30am at marina so able to depart early first thing in the morning but we ended up seeing Roy entered Marina at 8.30am(we manage to be there before 7.30am) Kept us all waiting for *1 hour++* including 2 of my bosses from KL & 2 of our Bomba technical divers. We arrived Pulau Rusukan, we noticed only Roy is in charge with the courses, logistics & management. Next thing we know frm Roy he wanted to get is a card to continue my boss courses in KL and when we refuse,he said not enough time to do the course and ask if we can get the flights to KL reschedule (its not that i want to put blame on him,but atleast you all have the alternative or plan B & not simply ask people to reschedule their flights). Cut story short, after his phone calls and discussion im guessing with you, we agreed to make the OW course at Pulau Kuraman after lunch time. And then we ended up with not enough food for lunch.. This include my 2 bosses from KL! This is too much of emberassment already. The kitchen staff cooked for next round only with fried rice, fried egg & maggie curry all other meals is finished. Next thing Pulau Kuraman got cancelled. And OW course continue at Pulau Rusukan. Unable to proceed further due to strong current, Roy had mentioned to proceed at Palm Beach swimming pool at 5pm.. And when we had arrived at Palm Beach, again it was cancelled because there was no pre-arrangement made!! I ended made the booking at Golf Club swimming pool myself to get this course moving. 2/10/2017 Monday 7.00am all of us are ready to do OW course at golf club. When we arrived, Roy told us that there is not possible to do 4 open diving as the allowable dive is 3 per day and he said cant finish the course(we even not finish the 1st confine water until 2/10/2017). We are really upset with the situation and hoping that this kind of emberassment didn't happen to others. He is not competent to manage the program.I recommend you all don't take OW Course there. If leisure dive maybe yes but just expect the worst..
